NON-MEMBERS ARE WELCOME TO BID A PROJECTS AT NO CHARGE. 
 
We are helping builders get bids on their projects, consisting of Commercial, Additions/remodels, Custom homes, Governmental, Multi-family and tracts.    

These are just a few of the private projects we have at our plan room. We also have Government projects and other projects.

The Sierra Plan Room publishes a weekly bulletin with all projects up for bid including developers name, address, phone and fax.  We also publish future projects which are now going through the governmental approval process, i.e. Zone Change, Architectural Review, etc.
