We are helping builders get bids on their projects, consisting of
Commercial, Additions/remodels, Custom homes, Governmental, Multi-family
and tracts.
These are just a few of
the private projects we have at our plan room. We also have Government
projects and other projects.
The Sierra Plan Room
publishes a weekly bulletin with all projects up for bid including
developers name, address, phone and fax.
We also publish future projects which are now going through the
governmental approval process, i.e. Zone Change, Architectural Review,
etc.

Project Description The
plans show an existing shopping center on the west
ide of Valley View Boulevard between Desert Inn Road and Sirius
Avenue. The applicant is
requesting approval of this use permit to re-establish an on-premise
lcohol use (tavern) and restaurant in a 3,333 square foot lease
space located at the
southwest corner of Valley View Boulevard and Sirius Avenue. The applicant
indicates that a prior tavern operated in the same space for almost 30
years, but closed and the alcohol approval expired in September 2009.
The applicant intends to
provide services such as a meeting place for residents, clubs, and businesses that the prior business provided. The anticipated
peak service time will be from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. even though the
intent is to be a 24 hour establishment.
The plans include an interior remodel of the entire facility; owever, no exterior changes to the building or parking lot
and landscaping are necessary.
